Ordering & Service Delivery Policy

This policy explains how you can order services from Pydinfinity Solutions LLP, how we confirm your order, and how and when the work is delivered. All our services are delivered digitally; we do not ship physical products.

011. Send an enquiry

Fill in an enquiry form on this website, call us on +91 72004 56770, message us on WhatsApp, or email pydinfinitysolutions@gmail.com. Tell us what you need and our team will contact you, usually within one working day.

022. Discussion and proposal

We discuss your goals, then send a written quotation or Proposal covering the scope, deliverables, timeline, fees and payment terms. Quotations are valid for 30 days.

033. Confirm your order

Your order is confirmed when you accept the Proposal (by email, WhatsApp or a signed copy) and we receive the advance payment, if one applies. We then send a confirmation and a GST invoice.

044. Payment

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI and other methods listed on your invoice. All prices are in INR and GST is added as applicable. Please make payments only to the account details on our official invoice.

055. Project kick-off

We share a checklist of what we need from you, such as content, images, logos, logins and approvals. The timeline starts once we have these.

066. Delivery

• Websites and web apps: delivered on a preview link for review, then launched on your domain and hosting.
• Branding and creative: delivered as digital files (for example PDF, PNG, SVG) by email or a shared drive link.
• Marketing services: run on your accounts, with monthly reports.
• Automation: set up in your tools and handed over with a short walkthrough.

Typical timelines are given in each Proposal (for example, a few weeks for a business website). Delays in content, feedback or payment can move the delivery date.

077. Review and approval

You can request changes within the revision rounds included in your Proposal. Once you approve a stage, or 7 days pass after delivery without feedback, that stage is treated as accepted.

088. Support after delivery

Website projects include a support period stated in your Proposal for fixing bugs in the work we delivered. Ongoing maintenance, updates and new features are available as a separate plan.
