Terms & Conditions

Terms and conditions for using the Pydinfinity Solutions LLP website and engaging our digital marketing, website, branding and automation services.

Last updated: 15 October 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services you engage from Pydinfinity Solutions LLP, a limited liability partnership based in Chennai, India. By using this website or ordering our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.

01Our services

We provide website development, digital marketing, SEO, paid advertising management, brand building, workflow automation, marketing automation and related IT services. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each project are set out in the quotation, proposal or agreement we share with you (the "Proposal"). If the Proposal and these Terms conflict, the Proposal applies.

02Use of this website

  • You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
  • You must not try to break, overload, copy or misuse the website, its forms or its code.
  • Information on this website is for general guidance and may change without notice.

03Quotations and orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A project is confirmed when you accept the Proposal (in writing, by email or WhatsApp) and pay any advance due. See our Ordering & Service Delivery Policy for the full process.

04Fees, invoices and payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST, which is charged as applicable.
  • Unless the Proposal says otherwise, website, branding and automation projects need an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due before final handover or launch.
  • Monthly services (such as SEO, social media or ads management) are billed in advance for each month.
  • Invoices are due within 7 days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
  • Advertising budgets paid to platforms such as Google, Meta or LinkedIn are separate from our fees and are paid by you directly to the platform, unless agreed otherwise.

05Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information, content, images, logins and approvals on time. Delays on your side can move the project timeline.
  • Make sure you own or have permission to use any content, logos or images you give us.
  • Review and approve work within a reasonable time; approved stages are treated as complete.
  • Keep your domain, hosting and third-party accounts active and paid, unless we manage them for you under the Proposal.

06Revisions and changes

Each Proposal includes a set number of revision rounds. Requests outside the agreed scope (new pages, features or deliverables) are treated as change requests and quoted separately.

07Results and third-party platforms

We work hard to grow your traffic, leads and sales, but marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, such as search engine and social media algorithms, competition, budget and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales or return on ad spend. We are not responsible for policy changes, outages, account suspensions or decisions made by third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, WhatsApp, hosting or domain providers).

08Intellectual property

Once you have paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, such as your website design, content and logo files. We keep ownership of our own tools, code libraries, templates and know-how, and you receive a licence to use them as part of your deliverables. Third-party items (fonts, plugins, stock images, software) remain under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio.

09Confidentiality

We keep your business information, logins and data confidential and use them only to deliver your project. You agree to keep our proposals, pricing and methods confidential.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

11Termination

Either party may end a project or monthly service with written notice as set out in the Proposal (for monthly services, 15 days' notice by default). You pay for work done up to the termination date. Refunds, if any, follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

12Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to settle any dispute through friendly discussion. If that does not work, the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
