Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every client to be happy with our work. Because our services are custom and time-based, refunds work differently from physical products. This policy explains when a cancellation or refund applies for services ordered from Pydinfinity Solutions LLP.

01Before work starts

If you cancel within 48 hours of paying the advance and before we have started any work, we will refund the advance in full, minus any payment-gateway or bank charges.

02Project work (websites, branding, automation)

• If you cancel after work has started, we will refund the advance minus the value of work already completed, based on the milestones in your Proposal.
• Stages you have approved, and any work already delivered, are not refundable.
• Once the final deliverable has been handed over or the website has gone live, the project is complete and payments are not refundable.

03Monthly services (SEO, social media, ads management)

• Monthly fees are paid in advance and are not refundable for a month that has already started.
• You can cancel at any time with 15 days' written notice; no further months will be billed after the notice period.
• Setup fees, audits and strategy work are not refundable once delivered.

04Ad spend and third-party costs

Money spent on advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn and others), domain names, hosting, paid plugins, software subscriptions and stock images is paid to third parties and cannot be refunded by us. Any refund for these depends on the third party's own policy.

05When we cancel

If we are unable to deliver the work you ordered, we will refund the amount for any work not yet delivered.

06How to request a cancellation or refund

Email pydinfinitysolutions@gmail.com with your name, invoice number and the reason for your request. We will acknowledge it within 2 working days and confirm the outcome within 7 working days.

07Refund timeline

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method or by bank transfer within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Bank or gateway processing times may add a few days.
